By downloading, accessing, or using Kairo, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Kairo is operated by an independent developer based in Brazil.

Kairo is an alarm and wake-up app for iOS that uses camera-based validation, wake missions, streaks, leagues, and social features. Some functionality depends on Apple platform services and other third parties, and may change over time.

You can create an account with Sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for the account you sign in with and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Kairo.

Kairo includes social features — profiles, friends, leagues, and an activity feed — where you and other users can post content and interact. You are responsible for the content you share.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no warning period for serious violations.

You agree not to post, share, or engage in content or conduct that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or abuse other users.

• You can report objectionable content or abusive users, and block users, directly in the app.
• We review reports and act on them within 24 hours, including removing content and removing or banning users who violate these standards.
• We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with or without notice.

Kairo offers auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple. Current plans and pricing are shown in the app and on the App Store.

• Available plans: Weekly (R$14,90/week), Monthly (R$29,90/month), and Annual (R$199,90/year). Only the Annual plan includes a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription auto-renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Kairo.

Your license to use Kairo is also subject to our EULA and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement for licensed applications.

• Don't interfere with or disrupt the app, its APIs, notifications, or validation systems.
• Don't use Kairo for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
• Don't bypass subscription checks, authentication, or security controls.
• Don't attempt to cheat wake-up validation or manipulate leagues, streaks, or XP.

Kairo — including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, sounds, and related materials — is owned by its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Kairo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed alarms, lost data, or interruptions to your routine. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using Kairo at any time and delete your account in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of Kairo means you accept the updated terms.
